Filming- Day 1

We decided to film today after school. At around 3:30pm, we went to Phoebe's house (which is nearby) to get ready (hair, makeup, outfit) to go to Siam Square as our first location.

For the outfit, we went for what we already planned, a simple striped tee with jeans and casual white sneakers. The makeup, since we didn't have anything planned and was mostly trial and error, took longer than anticipated, which delayed our filming time.

We went for quite a natural look, glam-ming up too much doesn't fit in with the genre of our music. We used brown eyeliner instead of black to create a more hazy look, which completes Phoebe's brown eyes. The rest of the look is very simple.

Before leaving, we did an unofficial photoshoot.

Because the preparation delayed our filming time, we arrived a lot later than we planned. However, we decided to go along with it (since there was nothing we could do) and get some footage. It turned out that we really prefer the night lights/city vibe and that the quality of the video was not a problem at all.

Here are the main locations:

Mo-chit BTS Station- The shots from the BTS station gave a very urban/city-at-night look that we were going for. Since we put an emphasis on playing with lights (neon in particular), the illuminated advertising wall on the bus stop, as well as the lights from the train looks consistent with our theme.

The BTS- Like many other music videos in our genre, the artist is often filmed in public locations with people included in the scenes. We were inspired by Grimes' music video 'Oblivion' where there are multiple shots of her singing in with strangers around.
