Lip Sync Task
In today's lesson, we had to practice editing music videos.
Using clips of a guy lip synching to Daft Punk- Get Lucky in different angles, we used Premier to edit the clips together so that the video is in synch with the audio.
Because I had quite a bit of practice from last year's coursework, I was relatively familiar with the tools on the software so I didn't have that much trouble with using the wrong tools. The thing I struggled with the most was getting the video to be perfectly in synch so that the final product looks natural. Because I do not have prior experience in editing music videos, I found this very frustrating and time consuming. However, after a little bit of getting used to, I soon found it easier.
